Comcar Industries, a leading provider of truck transportation services, has announced its 2019 Driver Appreciation Week event. As part of the event, the company will award cruises to seven of its drivers.
In conjunction with National Driver Appreciation Week, and a staple for drivers since the company’s founding, Comcar will recognize its drivers during the week of September 8-14, 2019. For the third time this year, a live online daily drawing for seven cruises will be conducted on Facebook during that week. Among the company’s 800 drivers, in order to qualify to win one of the cruises, they must have had a safe driving record with the company for one full year.
Drivers from each of the company’s subsidiary and service companies are eligible:
CT Transportation, LLC — flatbed carrier that specializes in construction materials; services include regional and short-haul flatbed, dedicated fleets and brokerage
CTL Transportation, LLC — liquid bulk chemical carrier, with dedicated fleets, specialized equipment, and single-sourcing are services that CTL focuses on
MCT Transportation, LLC — primarily hauls refrigerated and dry van commodities, offering services for dedicated fleets, foliage, and third party logistics
CCC Transportation, LLC — dry bulk carrier that also includes dry van, intermodal, dedicated fleets, logistics, and retail direct delivery
Commercial Truck & Trailer Sales, LLC — full-service trailer repair shop
Fleet Management Services, LLC – truck mechanics
Winners will receive a certificate valid for a cruise for two people each for a five-
day, four-night cruise aboard select cruises offered by Pacific Coast Travel.
Accommodations are for an interior stateroom based on double occupancy. The certificates have a retail value of $1798 each.
