All Company Employees,

Company leadership continues to closely monitoring Hurricane Dorian and is tracking its predicted path.

As this hurricane approaches Florida, rest assured that the company will take all measures to protect our co-worker health and well-being, as well as company and customer property. Each Company President, in close coordination with company and corporate safety leadership, will direct and manage their operations to ensure the safety of our co-workers, drivers, and company property.  As the path of the storm becomes more certain, the company will provide more specific direction as appropriate, to include any planned closures of our various business operations and facilities.

ALL company employees who may be affected by Hurricane Dorian are REQUIRED to call the ComCall line (1-800-799-0707) or check their Qualcomm for further updates regarding additional closure dates and locations.

In regards to individual co-worker concerns, we understand that each individual may have personal situations they have to address. Examples are schools and daycare closures, road closures, preparing their homes for the storm, evacuating low-lying areas, etc. It is critical that each co-worker communicate with their supervisor and keep them fully informed of their specific situation so that co-workers and the company can work together to address these issues. If the company determines that business operations must be closed, that message will be communicated to all co-workers. Please ensure that your immediate supervisor has the best phone number to reach you. It would also be a great idea to provide your supervisor alternate emergency contact information (such as phone numbers and email addresses) if they do not already have it.

If local government and/or law enforcement direct people to stay home, stay off the roads and not drive, that is what each co-worker must do. We want each and every co-worker to be safe and take the appropriate actions to ensure the safety of themselves and their loved ones.  Again, open communication between co-workers and supervisors is critical. If you have concerns, please direct your concerns and questions to your supervisor and chain of command.

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
